Saint Vincent 2008
Throughout the weekend of 26/27 January, the village celebrated the 60th anniversary of the Saint-Romain appellation and at the same time organised the 70th edition of the Saint-Vincent Wine Festival (which takes place in a different wine village each year). The Cooperage participated in the festivities by opening its doors to the public from 8am to 6pm on Saturday. The many visitors were impressed by our expertise and know-how and appreciated the convivial spirit. Thanks to the efforts of our personnel we were able to keep the premises open to the public non-stop throughout the day. We organised a raffle of a 228 litre Burgundy barrel reserved for our clientele and the lucky winner was the Domaine Pestre Patrick of Bouze-les-Beaune. The festival took place in a friendly and joyous atmosphere.
